Item 5.02.     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Departure of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. On January 19, 2021, Conn’s, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the departure of Lee Wright, Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and Executive Vice President, effective February 19, 2021. Norm Miller, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume the duties of the COO role and the COO position will be eliminated.
