Conn’s, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended April 30, 2024 (the “Form 10-Q”). The Company has directed a considerable amount of time and effort towards pursuing possible amendments to, or refinancing of, the Company’s revolving credit facility, and has not been able to complete the disclosures required to be included on Form 10-Q. As a result, the Company is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, the Form 10-Q on or prior to the prescribed filing date.
